Limitations Due to Chronic Pain Since my Car Accident

I have to consciously aware of everything I do. Everyday we do physical activities without having to limit ourselves. Imagine having chronic pain or chronic illness and having to make sure that everything you do is carefully thought out. There are many things I have not been able to do since my car accident. Sadly enough, there are still things I cannot completely do to this very day. I am working on it and it is taking one step every 6 months. It is the slowest process I have ever experienced. This is probably helping me build my confidence, patience, perseverance, and providing courage and inspiration.

Here are some examples of my limitations. The first one says no more than 3 push ups in a row. If I exceed this, pain becomes severe between my shoulder blades and my back and neck. So go on, read the rest…

*Keep in mind, this list does not include every single activity.

I decided to write out a list of these activities that way you can see how tough living everyday is for me. I have to constantly rest and cannot do anymore than what I can do because if I do, I pay the price of severe pain either in my neck, my back, in between my shoulder blades, or down my right arm (nerve pain), or experiencing all of it, or dealing with most of those symptoms.
